About PSM


PSM Ltd was established in 1994 in response to a growing need for training and development that was practical in application and resulted in real change in behaviour. 

We provide training courses, development programmes and consultancy services on an extensive range of subjects which include:

Leadership, Communication, Strong Business Relationships, Managing People & Performance, Negotiation Skills, Stress Elimination, Conflict Resolution, Problem Solving, Coaching, Time & Self Management, Assertiveness and Retirement.

This programme provides participants with the understanding and skills necessary to provide support, direction and focus for people affected by change.

Managing People This programme is based on the proposition that people are naturally motivated and wish to excel. In our supervisory role, we either limit or encourage individuals in the pursuit of this excellence.

Time & Priority Managment This one day programme examines what prevents us doing the right thing at the right time and how energy levels affect our efficient use of time. Stress Elimination Refresher
The aim of the refresher day is to provide participants with an opportunity to re-connect with the principles, re-invigorate the practices and restore commitment to maintaining the discipline given on the original course.
